Training that understands your medication.
Log sets, reps, and load. Rest timer with a notification alert, quick exercise swap when the machine's taken, and deload detection based on your cycle.
Rekomp tracks your lifting, your protein, and your GLP-1 medication in one place — with reminders, an absorption curve, and deload detection. So you lose fat without losing muscle.
Lifting heavy and eating enough protein turns this around. But no app was built for this specific situation.
Don't know you're on Mounjaro®.
Don't know you lift.
Knows both.
Each part of the app covers one front — and the data combines to give you the full picture.
Log sets, reps, and load. Rest timer with a notification alert, quick exercise swap when the machine's taken, and deload detection based on your cycle.
Quick-add with your 3 most-used foods. Target based on your weight. Daily streak and a 9pm nudge if you haven't hit your goal yet.
Log your dose, injection site (with suggested rotation), and symptoms. Real-time absorption curve and a reminder for your next dose — even if you're running late.
Every decision in the app is anchored in published research — and in the three things that matter most when you combine strength training and GLP-1.
Research suggests that strength training combined with adequate protein intake (1.6–2.2 g/kg) during GLP-1 use helps preserve lean mass. The degree of protection varies from person to person.
Dosing cycles can affect how you feel about training — for many people the first days after an injection are harder and the following days are better. Adapting your training to that rhythm can help with consistency.
Reduced-volume periods ("light weeks") are widely recommended for recovery, especially when training in a caloric deficit. The ideal frequency varies by person.
No. Rekomp is a personal tracking tool. Decisions about dosage, medication, nutrition, or training should be made with qualified professionals.
Yes. If you select "I don't use it" at the start, the app becomes a complete strength-training tracker without the GLP-1 part. But its main edge is for those who do.
100% on your phone. Workouts, doses, protein, and progress photos live in a local SQLite database — nothing goes to our servers. You can export a backup manually in Settings.
No. The app works offline once installed. You log workouts, doses, and meals even with no signal at the gym.
Rekomp uses local notifications (they never pass through a server): an alert when your rest time between sets ends and a reminder for your next GLP-1 dose. Notifications can be adjusted in your device's system settings.
Rekomp watches for signals like dropping performance on compound lifts, time since your last light period, and how you rate your sessions. When several signals line up, it suggests a reduced-volume week. It's only a suggestion — you decide.
Saved only on your device, with an explicit permission request for camera/gallery. Never sent to any server. You compare before / now inside the app, in the Progress tab.
Rekomp is free. All features — training, protein, and GLP-1 — are available at no cost. In the future we may introduce an optional plan with advanced features, but that will be announced in advance inside the app.
Yes. It supports tirzepatide (Mounjaro®), semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®), and others via manual setup.
Yes. The entire training and protein side works normally. People doing a natural cut use it too.
