01 Does Rekomp replace my doctor or nutritionist?

No. Rekomp is a personal tracking tool. Decisions about dosage, medication, nutrition, or training should be made with qualified professionals.

02 Does it work if I don't use GLP-1?

Yes. If you select "I don't use it" at the start, the app becomes a complete strength-training tracker without the GLP-1 part. But its main edge is for those who do.

03 Where is my data stored?

100% on your phone. Workouts, doses, protein, and progress photos live in a local SQLite database — nothing goes to our servers. You can export a backup manually in Settings.

04 Do I need internet?

No. The app works offline once installed. You log workouts, doses, and meals even with no signal at the gym.

05 How do reminders work?

Rekomp uses local notifications (they never pass through a server): an alert when your rest time between sets ends and a reminder for your next GLP-1 dose. Notifications can be adjusted in your device's system settings.

06 How does the app detect deloads?

Rekomp watches for signals like dropping performance on compound lifts, time since your last light period, and how you rate your sessions. When several signals line up, it suggests a reduced-volume week. It's only a suggestion — you decide.

07 Where are progress photos stored?

Saved only on your device, with an explicit permission request for camera/gallery. Never sent to any server. You compare before / now inside the app, in the Progress tab.

08 How much does it cost?

Rekomp is free. All features — training, protein, and GLP-1 — are available at no cost. In the future we may introduce an optional plan with advanced features, but that will be announced in advance inside the app.

09 Does it work for Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy?

Yes. It supports tirzepatide (Mounjaro®), semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®), and others via manual setup.

10 Can I use it for body recomposition without GLP-1?

Yes. The entire training and protein side works normally. People doing a natural cut use it too.

11 Is there an Android version?

Yes. Rekomp is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
