Everything to track your GLP-1.
Log your dose, see the estimated medication curve, track injection site rotation, note symptoms and get reminders to keep your routine organized — even if you are late.
Rekomp helps you track your GLP-1 journey in one place — dose, estimated medication curve, injection rotation and symptoms — alongside strength training and protein. Simple, free and private.
Built for people using Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Wegovy® or other GLP-1s who want to lose weight without neglecting strength, protein and body composition. Each type of app only covers one piece:
Track your medication.
Track your lifts and protein.
Connects it all into a routine built for GLP-1 users.
GLP-1 at the center, with strength training and protein connected. The data comes together to give you a fuller view of progress — not just the number on the scale.
Log your dose, see the estimated medication curve, track injection site rotation, note symptoms and get reminders to keep your routine organized — even if you are late.
Log sets, weights and reps. Rekomp tracks your progress, suggests progression and helps identify when it may be time to slow down. You do not need to train like an athlete — you need a routine you can actually maintain.
Set your daily goal, track your progress and stay consistent even on low-appetite days.
Every product decision is anchored in published research — and in the three things that matter most when GLP-1, strength and protein come together.
Research suggests that strength training combined with adequate protein intake (1.6–2.2 g/kg) during GLP-1 use helps preserve lean mass. The degree of protection varies from person to person.
Dosing cycles can affect how you feel about training — for many people the first days after an injection are harder and the following days are better. Adapting your training to that rhythm can help with consistency.
Reduced-volume periods ("light weeks") are widely recommended for recovery, especially when training in a caloric deficit. The ideal frequency varies by person.
Yes. It supports tirzepatide (Mounjaro®), semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®), and others via manual setup.
Yes. If you select "I don't use it" at the start, the app becomes a complete strength-training tracker without the GLP-1 part. But its main edge is for those who do.
Rekomp uses local notifications (they never pass through a server): an alert when your rest time between sets ends and a reminder for your next GLP-1 dose. Notifications can be adjusted in your device's system settings.
No. Rekomp is a personal tracking tool. Decisions about dosage, medication, nutrition, or training should be made with qualified professionals.
100% on your phone. Workouts, doses, protein, and body weight live in a local SQLite database — nothing goes to our servers. You can export a backup manually in Settings.
No. The app works offline once installed. You log workouts, doses, and meals even with no signal at the gym.
Rekomp logs your sets, weights, reps and RPE, and tracks your progress on key exercises. When several signals point to accumulated fatigue, it suggests a lighter week — it is only a suggestion, and you decide.
Yes. The entire training and protein side works normally. People doing a natural cut use it too.
Rekomp is free. All features — training, protein, and GLP-1 — are available at no cost. In the future we may introduce an optional plan with advanced features, but that will be announced in advance inside the app.
Yes. Rekomp is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
